| Juniors established a 4-2 lead by half time with a strong wind at their backs. Scorers Barker 2 Moore & Vause. Goole held out until 8 mins from time when Biggin reduced the arreas after a failed goal-kick. With a minute to go Biggin were awarded a contentious free kick on the edge of the area and equalised. Virtually in injury time with a Goole defender sheperding a loose ball back to the keeper a direct free kick was awarded in the Goole penalty area. Fortunately justice was done with the ball sailing over the bar. |
