| Bricknell went into the lead after 5-10 minutes with a well worked move for Marc Shearsmith to side-foot the ball home. Marc then scored 4 more as Bricknell went into the halftime break 5-0 up. In the 2nd half, tempers of players from both teams flared, and an arguably bad penalty was given to Endike for the No.12 to put just underneath 'keeper Joe Hurd. Bricknell responded to this with 2 goals from Nick Gillard and another 3 for Marc. As the end of the game drew closer, players got tired and the Endike number 7 slotted a side- footed shot past Joe. The ref had a lot of abuse to put up with from both teams but was very good at handling it. A good game for Bricknell. |
