Raiders went straight on the attack from the first whistle, and within six minutes were
3-0 up. Nicky Heywood scoring the first and his second was direct from a well taken
corner. Graham Boville scored the third with a excellent shot into the bottom corner.
Biggin grabbed a goal back from a corner, but just before half time Thomas Hoole made it
4-1 to the Raiders.
The second half started with the Raiders failing to put away a couple of easy chances , but Hoole battled his way through the Biggin defence to make it 5-1. Biggin managed to get a second, but it was short lived when Hoole got his hat-trick making it 6-2. In the dying minutes Biggin were awarded a penalty which Steven Sargeantson in the Raiders goal,saved superbly. Lunch Box M.O.T.M. were James Bartle and Jacob Stannard. |
